Joanna Świerczek

I come from Poland and was born in  Małopolska [the Lesser Poland] in 1967.

I am fascinated by hand-formed and decorated  porcelain as well as watercolour and silk painting. Practising a non-artistic profession, I can only devote my free time to art, which I do with great pleasure. I work as a translator. As for art, I am entirely self-taught without any academic background.

Art nouveau, impressionism and contemporary realism are my favourite styles.
